I, like many Americans yesterday, was rooting for Ryan Miller and the U.S. hockey team to bring home the Gold against Canada. Alas, it did not happen. Silver is certainly nothing to be ashamed of. And if the U.S. were to lose to a country it might as well be Canada. I have no beef with Canada, I like the country. And you can make the argument that the Crosby OT goal was the greatest sports moment in that country's history. Certainly it's right up their with Canada's 1972 Summit Series win over the U.S.S.R. and the 2002 Gold Medal Hockey win over USA. Here is the Canadian call of the Crosby goal from CTV. I tried to find the American NBC call too, but so far I have not seen it on youtube. Also a video from a Canadian fan outside of Vancouver when the goal happened and excited chaos began.- Kofod
