Music Video of the Week May 6th

For this week's music video of the week I have chosen two sports music videos that have brought some controversy this week.

The first video is called WAKA WAKA-This Time For Africa by Shakira. It is the official song of the 2010 World Cup. The song has been played on the radio all throughout South Africa, and many South Africans have said they hate it, and that it should be replaced. I agree that it's not the greatest song, but it's a theme song to the World Cup so who really cares?



The second music video is called We Are ND created by Notre Dame students. While the music video does have former Notre Dame football star (and current co-host of Mike and Mike) Mike Golic, and current Notre Dame head football coach Brian Kelly it is being ripped by Notre Dame fans for being so corny and bad sounding. While I don't think the Shakira song isn't great it's 100 times better than this piece of crap. It is gawd awful.
